The Classic Compote

A delivery fee will be added to each order based on the delivery zip/postal code. We deliver in the city limits only. If the recipient address is out of city limits we will refund your card the delivery fee and call the recipient to come pick up the order.

For Out of Town Deliveries: The delivery fee will be refunded and we will call the recipient for pick up.

For Same-Day Deliveries: Orders must be received before 12:00pm in the gift recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after 12:00pm will be delivered the following business day. Sometimes there can be exceptions. We will try our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

For Holiday Deliveries: Orders must be received before 12:00pm. To help assure on-time deliveries, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the major holiday. 

Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
